Client Services Administrator

The Client Services Administrator will assist with the expansion of our Wealth Management division. The primary role will be assisting the Director of Private Client Services in the day-to-day operations to further the investment services associated with our Wealth Management division. Operational functions will include talking with and servicing existing client accounts, discussing investment options, account activities and strategies being implemented.

A successful candidate will possess the following:

Client Services Administrator

We are looking for individuals with a passion for going above and beyond for our clients. If you have strong relationship building skills are reliable, highly organized and passionate about client service we would love to hear from you.

What does the job require?

  • Processing new account forms and client service request forms in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Experience with basic financial planning and basic estate planning to include insurance, such as long-term care, life and disability insurance.
  • Provide a high level of customer service as the primary point of contact with clients.
  • Receive inbound calls and follow up on client service needs.
  • Provide support for and coordinate interactions between advisors and clients.
  • Resolving customer service issues by researching and providing answers for questions to individual clients.
  • Supporting sales efforts by assisting in preparation of proposals, presentation materials and analysis of investments.

Qualifications include

  • An undergraduate degree (e.g., Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics) is preferred.
  • At least two years’ experience in the financial services industry (financial products).
  • Highly motivated and able to multitask among various consultants, clients and projects.
  • Must be computer literate (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • FINRA Series 65 or 66 required.
  • FINRA series 7, state of Florida life, health, and variable annuity desirable but not required.
